Refund Policy

The Crochet Studio sells digital crochet patterns delivered as downloadable PDF files. There is no physical product and nothing is posted to you.

Instant access and your right to cancel

By completing checkout you ask us to deliver your files immediately, and you acknowledge that once your download link has been issued and used you lose the right to cancel the purchase. This is standard for digital content: a downloaded file cannot be returned.

When we do refund — in full

  • Your download link did not work and we could not fix it.
  • You were charged twice, or bought the same bundle twice by mistake.
  • The files are faulty, corrupted, incomplete, or materially different from the product description.
  • You have not downloaded any of the files and you contact us within 14 days of purchase.

When we cannot refund

  • You have downloaded the files and simply changed your mind.
  • The patterns turned out to be harder than expected. Skill level, sizes, materials and full contents are listed on every product page — please read them before buying.
  • You bought the wrong product and have already downloaded it. Contact us anyway: we will normally offer a swap or a store credit.

Faulty or missing files

Email crochetsupport@gmail.com within 30 days with your order number. We will re-send, repair or replace your files; if we cannot, we refund you in full.

How to ask for a refund

Email crochetsupport@gmail.com with your order number and the email address used at checkout. We reply to every message within 2 business days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights. Customers in the UK and EU keep their rights under consumer protection law, and customers in Australia keep the guarantees given by the Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded.

Shipping Policy (optional — recommended)

The Crochet Studio sells digital products only. All items are downloadable PDF crochet patterns.

Nothing is shipped, posted or couriered, and no shipping charge is ever applied to an order. Immediately after payment you receive an email containing a secure personal download link for your files. If the email does not arrive within a few minutes, please check your spam folder and then contact crochetsupport@gmail.com and we will re-send it.

Because no physical goods are dispatched, no tracking number or delivery address is required for any order.
